Work one-on-one (or with a partner) to clarify your financial goals\, create action plans\, and find support and resources along the way. \nYoung Roots Oregon is a culturally specific nonprofit empowering young parents from their teen years up to age 24\, along with their children. Partners outside of that age range are welcome. DESCRIPTION:Learn ways to respond in the moment as well as get ahead of overwhelming emotions. This two-part parenting workshop will use the work of Dr. Mona Delahooke’s “Brain Body Parenting” to help us understand what is happening in our child’s brain and body during overwhelming emotions.
