DESCRIPTION:Helping parents and partners recognize and respond to every day conflict and crisis situations. People will recognize and indentify their own triggers\, body responses to crises\, and how to settle their own bodies. They will gain verbal de-escalation skills and how to support working through conflict. \nThursdays\, April 4 – May 16.\n4:30pm Family Dinner\n5:30-7:30pm Class\nChildcare Provided \nRegistration is required by filling out the form here: https://forms.gle/b22W3bEJmfuwaPs66 \nYoung Roots Oregon is a culturally specific non-profit empowering young parents ages teen through 24 years old and their children. If a partner is older\, they are welcomed to join as we desire to serve the family\, but one parent has to be within our teen to age 24 demographic. \nInclusive support for fathers\, mothers\, LGBTQIA+ community\, and native Spanish speakers. \n———- \nAyudando a los padres y parejas a reconocer y responder a situaciones de conflicto y crisis cotidianas.
