DESCRIPTION:Strengthening your Attachment and Connection\nExplore and increase your understanding of attachment with your children and learn new ways to increase your connection. \nSelf Care Skills\nPractical ways to prioritize your well-being\, manage stress\, and find balance amidst the demands of parenting. \nEmotional Regulation\nTools to understand and manage strong emotions\, respond calmly to challenges and model healthy coping for your children. \nParenting Support\nGuidance and peer connection to help navigate the ups and downs of motherhood\, share experiences and learn from one another. \nThursdays starting October 2 from 3:30pm-5:30pm\nChild care and transportation provided. Registration is open until September 12.
