DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, December 7th – Open House from 4:30-7:30pm\nThis event will look a bit different than our normal family events due to wanting to make sure that we have enough capacity for 50 families!  \nThis will be an OPEN HOUSE style event with family activities for children ages 2 years + and family carnival games…fun for everyone!  \nOpen House means come and go as you want\, but please make sure to join us for STORY TIME by the Albany Public Library provided in both Spanish and English!\nThe Albany Public Library will also be doing a book give away! \nCHILDCARE will be provided for younger children ages 6 weeks up to 36 months.\nWe will have 2 classrooms – (1) Infants up to 17 months (2) 18 months to 36 months.\nThere will be 2 childcare sessions to accommodate more children.  \n\nSession #1 will be from 4:30-5:30pm\nSession #2 will be from 6:30-7:30pm\n\nFOOD – We will not have a formal dinner but will have a variety of finger foods\, hors d’oeuvres style\, and desserts. \nTransportation is provided to families that live within the 97321 & 97322 zip codes.  \nYoung Roots Oregon is a culturally specific non-profit empowering young parents ages teen through 24 years old and their children.
