Childbirth Class

Learn about the development of your pregnancy, what to expect during your birth and post-labor in a safe space, open environment with experienced nurses and peer support designed for you to gain knowledge and confidence to advocate for your best birth experience.

Classes are Wednesday, October 15 – November 19 from 3pm – 4:30pm.

Instruction will be in English, with no translation support. Spanish class is from 5pm – 6pm. See below.
