Rent Well Certification

Learn your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, build your housing portfolio, and confidently navigate the rental landscape. Topics include:

  • Preparing for and successfully completing a housing portfolio

Stand By Me Financial Coaching

Young parent’s receive personalized guidance and support from a $tand By Me – Oregon, a financial empowerment program that through coaching and toolkits helps provide financial stability to individuals and families.

  • Tailoring your financial roadmap to your unique needs and goals
  • Addressing financial emergencies and unexpected obstacles
  • Identifying additional resources and support networks
  • Building confidence and accountability for successful financial management

Independent Transportation Program (ITP)

Knowledge Course
A’s Driver’s Ed School instructors will be providing a quarterly Knowledge Course for youth ages 15-24 seeking permit or licensing support. Instructors will cover all you need to know in the Oregon Driver’s Manual. English and Spanish cohorts will happen during the same date and time as shown on the registration. Childcare and transportation are provided.

Driving Lessons
Each youth will receive up to 6 driving lessons with an A’s Driver’s Ed School instructor. Licensed childcare is provided through out most of the year on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12-4pm to allow parents to take driving lessons. Transportation is provided as well. Instructors are bilingual in Spanish and English to help meet the language needs of youth.
