Housing & Climate Assistance

Elevate your family into long term security with Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Benefits for OHP members

Young Roots Oregon is a contracted benefits provider for the HRSN program, helping young families access their OHP housing and climate benefits to decrease stress and increase long term wellness.

Climate Benefits

Benefits include, but are not limited to, no-cost air conditioning and heating units to decrease climate related harm for those who are within the income eligibility criteria, and who are pregnant or families with children under 6 years old.

Housing Benefits

Are you currently on OHP and are currently housed, renting or leasing, but are at-risk of losing your housing if a crisis happens? Many of us do not have a cushion to prevent us from losing our stability, but OHP & IHN want to help make sure that you are able to have that stability!
