Childbirth Class Summer 2026

Learn about the development of your pregnancy, what to expect during your birth and post-labor, and more in a safe and open environment.
Each pregnant person will be given a postpartum & new baby kit with an estimated value of $200 provided by Altrusa of Albany + $80 gift card after completing the 4 part series class!
Instruction will be in English, with no translation support.
Tuesdays June 30th and July 7th, Thursdays July 2nd and July 9th, 3:00 to 6:00 PM
