The READY! for Kindergarten® school readiness program empowers parents and caregivers to succeed in their role as children’s first and most influential teachers. READY! provides tools and activities to optimize the natural curiosity of children and to nurture learning and development.
Parent & Child Class – Parents are taught how to use play based tools to intentionally connect with their child ages 3 through 4 years (36 months-48 months).
This course is being taught by Alex, a highly experienced Head Start preschool teacher with years of early childhood expertise that will help grow your parenting skills to positively impact your relationship with your 3 to 4 year old child.
Inclusive support for fathers, mothers, LGBTQIA+ community, and native Spanish speakers.
Class limit to 20 families. Open to all families residing in Albany/Crabtree/Tangent/Millersburg.

¡LISTO! for Kindergarten® el programa de preparación escolar empodera a los padres y cuidadores para que tengan éxito en su papel como los primeros y más influyentes maestros de los niños. ¡LISTO! proporciona herramientas y actividades para optimizar la curiosidad natural de los niños y fomentar el aprendizaje y el desarrollo.
Clase para padres e hijos – A los padres se les enseña cómo usar herramientas basadas en el juego para conectarse intencionalmente con sus hijos 3 a 4 años (36 meses-48 meses).
Este curso lo imparte Alex, un maestro de preescolar de Head Start altamente experimentado con años de experiencia en la primera infancia que lo ayudará a desarrollar sus habilidades como padre para impactar positivamente su relación con su hijo de 3 a 4 años.
Apoyo inclusivo para padres, madres, comunidad LGBTQIA+ y hablantes nativos de español.
